Our shipment cost includes the insurance that covers 100% of the watch value. The customer does not take any risk for the delivery.
All orders are shipped within 24/48h hours upon receipt of certified funds. For orders made on non-working days, the items will be dispatched on the next working day. In case of issue, as soon as we will get the written confirmation from the courier we will refund the Customer (we do anticipate the reimbursement, and we retaliate with our insurance later).
The customer will receive a tracking number once the shipment has been made.

We deliver our products with two kinds of warranty.
MANUFACTURER WARRANTY : The watch is supplied with the original manufacturer's warranty, stamped from an authorized Dealer. This international warranty is therefore valid with any retailer even if you did not buy the watch from them. Its validity varies according to the conditions proposed by the manufacturer: from 2 to 5 years. Collectors and watch lovers know that even when the warranty period has expired, the original document always has an additional value for the watch.
WARRANTY MOW 12 MONTHS : If the watch does not have its manufacturer's warranty (old model, lost by the previous customer, etc...) we will provide a 12 months warranty which is an additional value in case of mechanical issue. This warranty is only valid at our shop.
The guarantee covers:
- Manufacturing defects
The guarantee does not cover:
- Damage due to wear (crown, bezel, case, glass, bracelet, screw, clasp ...)
- Damage resulting from failure to comply with manufacturer's information on water resistance. (depth, screwing the crown)
- Damage due to physical shock.
- Loss of stone / diamond on the outside of the watch.
- Attempts to repair by third parties.
14 DAYS TO RETURN - MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If you are not completely satisfied with the item you have ordered you may return it within 14 days from delivery for a refund or Store Credit.
Please note that your returns must be delivered to us within this time, returns received beyond this period will not be accepted unless agreed.
All return fees will be at your charge unless there are obvious errors on our part. The shipping fees won't be refunded. Returns from outside the European community will be charged 20% for VAT + customs duties which will be withheld from the refund.
The refund will be done in the same way you have paid. Once we will get the watch back and that we will validate the return, we will proceed with the refund within 3 days.
EXCLUSION FROM RETURN
All specific orders on request cannot be returned unless agreed.
The deposit won't be returned if the customer do change his mind and do not want to take the product expressly ordered.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS TO US
1- Ask a return via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
2- After confirmation by our service, please return the watch in the same condition you have received it: never worn with its compete set (box, warranty card, booklet, stickers, etc...)
3- You are free to choose the carrier of your choice. We recommend the use of a delivery service with delivery receipt and insurance. If you do not have transport solution for returning the product, we can help you by offering a solution with our carriers.
4- Once received and after verification, you will receive a refund confirmation (within 3 days).

All the prices are duties and taxes included.
The Principality of Monaco is part of the Eurozone. Therefore, European customer won't have to pay any duties for deliveries in European Countries.

Prices quoted and billed by MOW do not include any taxes, duties, VAT or such charges.
All the others charges (such as taxes, duties or VAT) are the sole responsibility of the customer to be paid when the watch clears customs in its country.
Usually these fees are demanded prior to delivery and are collected by the courier or your local Custom Authority.

Mallofthewatch.com sells only 100% authentic watches.
All our watches are inspected and checked before sent to the customer.
When a manufacturer's warranty is provided an it is still valid, the warranty will be stamped by an Authorized Dealer.

2. What about the shipment of the item I have bought? :
At the payment confirmation from the different payment methods, we will immediately ship it.
All our shipment are 100% insured.
As soon as we will ship the watch, you will receive your tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to follow the shipment from our warehouse to your shipping address.
Our shipments are delivered within 24h. Sometimes it could be longer, but not more than 72h for Europe and 5 days for the rest of the world (customs time excluded).
All shipments are dispatched requiring a signature as proof of delivery.
3. I haven't received the parcel
If you face any issue with your Shipment, we invite you to contact directly the carrier with your tracking number (DHL number or Ferrari number).
