Prices quoted and billed by Mow do not include taxes, duties, VAT or other charges. MOW will charge you for the actual watch and shipping charges only. All the others charges (such as taxes, duties or VAT) are the sole responsibility of the customer to be paid when the watch clears customs in your country.
Usually these fees are demanded prior to delivery and are collected by the courier or your local Custom Authority.Please contact your local customs office for details.
All watches in stock are shipped within 24/48h after receipt of payment. For orders placed on weekends or during holidays, they will be processed the next working day.
The delivery time is between 24/48h depending on the destination.
For watches "On order", the approximate time is between 4 and 8 weeks.
Shipping / Delivery / Receiving Procedure
As soon as the good leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number in order to follow your shipment.
Shipments with MOW are safe and the customer takes no risk. Our shipping costs include an insurance that covers 100% of the watch value.
Upon receipt of your order, please check that the package has no damage or that it hasn't been opened with the presence of the carrier.
In Case of doubt, it is essential to mention “subject to unpacking” and to open the parcel in front of the carrier.
All our packages are under strapping, and packaged under video surveillance. If you receive a package that seems suspicious, do not hesitate to refuse it.
If not, your order will not be covered by our insurance. No claim will be taken into account.
