1. Is the watch I am purchasing authentic?
Mallofthewatch.com sells only 100% authentic watches.
All our watches are inspected and checked before sent to the customer.
When a manufacturer's warranty is provided an it is still valid, the warranty will be stamped by an Authorized Dealer.
All the warranties will be stamped by an Authorized dealer of the brand.

2. What about the shipment of the item I have bought? :
At the payment confirmation from the different payment methods, we will immediately ship it.
All our shipment are 100% insured.
As soon as we will ship the watch, you will receive your tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to follow the shipment from our warehouse to your shipping address.
Our shipments are delivered within 24h. Sometimes it could be longer, but not more than 72h for Europe and 5 days for the rest of the world (customs time excluded).
All shipments are dispatched requiring a signature as proof of delivery.
3. I haven't received the parcel
If you face any issue with your Shipment, we invite you to contact directly the carrier with your tracking number (DHL number or Ferrari number).
