Return Policy


14 DAYS TO RETURN - MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If you are not completely satisfied with the item you have ordered you may return it  within 14 days from delivery for a refund or Store Credit.

Please note that your returns must be delivered to us within this time, returns received beyond this period will not be accepted unless agreed.

All return fees will be at your charge unless there are obvious errors on our part. The shipping fees won't be refunded. Returns from outside the European community will be charged 20% for VAT + customs duties which will be withheld from the refund.

The refund will be done in the same way you have paid. Once we will get the watch back and that we will validate the return, we will proceed with the refund within 3 days.

EXCLUSION FROM RETURN

All specific orders on request cannot be returned unless agreed.

The deposit won't be returned if the customer do change his mind and do not want to take the product expressly ordered.


HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS TO US

1- Ask a return via email to info@mallofthewatch.com

2- After confirmation by our service, please return the watch in the same condition you have received it: never worn with its compete set (box, warranty card, booklet, stickers, etc...)

3- You are free to choose the carrier of your choice. We recommend the use of a delivery service with delivery receipt and insurance. If you do not have transport solution for returning the product, we can help you by offering a solution with our carriers.

4- Once received and after verification, you will receive a refund confirmation (within 3 days).
